Nadi Astrology gives greater emphasis on predictions. Karmic principle is also essential to Nadi Astrology. Discussion of Karma involves Jeeva, the entity that bears the consequences of Karma. While the Jeeva is the subtle entity, the gross form through which it experiences the result of Karma is called Deha. The gross form, Deha is analogous to the planet whereas the subtle form, Jeeva is analogous to fine division in space called nakshatra. So, the Nadi Astrology can also be viewed as Deha-Jeeva Nadi. In the language of Panchakosha, Deha is Annamayakosha whereas Jeeva is Vijnanmayakosha.
Remedies are most effective when karmic houses and planets are diagnosed.
